Over the next 12 months we will be bringing you a range of services that are focused on your physical health and wellbeing.
These services are designed to be an adjunct to what is available on the NHS and will compliment an individual’s holistic approach to their health and wellbeing.
We will be designing classes, workshops and 1:1 support that centres around improving your movement, strength, flexibility and confidence but also enables you to develop your own approach to mindfulness and relaxation.
The services will include:
• Nutrition and diet guidance/therapy
• Mindfulness and meditation, tackling stress, anxiety and sleep issues
• Sports and exercise rehabilitation
• Soft tissue and sports massage
